1. Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 25 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using CarnalVeil you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service produces adult-oriented content and is not intended for minors under any circumstances.

We at CarnalVeil disagree with the authorities and believe that the mental maturity to make this decision doesn't begin until the age of 25. For that reason every user, every verified likeness and every generated subject on CarnalVeil must be 25 or older — no exceptions.

Every verified likeness and every generated subject must be 25 or older. The "apparent age" control in the generator can only reduce the apparent age of a subject down to 25; requests below that floor are automatically raised to 25.

2. The Service

CarnalVeil lets you upload reference photos to create AI avatars and then generate synthetic videos featuring those avatars. All output is artificially generated. No real recording of any sexual or intimate act involving you or any other person is captured, required, or stored by the Service.

3. Accounts, Linked Groups, and Agencies

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Individual accounts may link together into shared groups, and agency accounts may manage multiple groups. If you invite or manage others, you are responsible for ensuring they also comply with these Terms.

4. Consent and Likeness — Your Core Obligation

You may only upload reference photos of (a) yourself, or (b) real adults who have given you their explicit, informed, and verifiable consent to create AI content of their likeness. You must be able to provide proof of that consent on request.

You must never:

• upload images of any person under 25, or generate content depicting anyone who is, or appears to be, under 25;
• upload the likeness of any person without their explicit consent, including celebrities, public figures, or acquaintances;
• use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate, blackmail, or create non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone.

Violation of this section is a serious breach, may be illegal, and will result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute:

• any content depicting or sexualizing minors (CSAM), which is strictly forbidden and reported;
• non-consensual intimate imagery of real people;
• content that is unlawful, that facilitates trafficking or exploitation, or that violates the rights of others;
• content designed to deceive or defraud, or to impersonate a real individual without consent.

5a. Avatar Visibility, Connections, Subscriptions and Prompt Sales

You may set each avatar to Private (visible only to you and CarnalVeil administrators), Public Free Use, Public with Cost, or Public with Approval and Cost. Making an avatar public means other users may generate videos with it under the terms you set; you can withdraw an avatar from public use at any time, but videos already generated are not affected. Earnings from public avatars, monthly creator subscriptions and premade prompt sales are credited to your CarnalVeil earnings balance; cash payouts are subject to separate payout terms and may not yet be available. Prompt listings, feed posts, bios and messages must comply with Sections 4 and 5. We may remove any listing, post or profile at our discretion.

5b. Deleting Avatars and Accounts

You may delete any avatar, or your entire account, at any time from your dashboard. Deleting removes the photos, references and any videos still stored on CarnalVeil. We are not responsible for, and not capable of removing, videos that were already created and have left the platform (downloaded, shared or saved elsewhere).Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Credits and earnings remaining on a deleted account are forfeited.

6. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of the reference photos you upload and the videos you generate. You grant CarnalVeil a limited, revocable license to process your reference photos and generation requests solely to provide the Service to you. We claim no rights to sell, publish, or reuse your content.

7. Monetization and Third-Party Platforms

The Service allows you to download your generated content. If you choose to upload or sell that content on third-party platforms, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, age-verification, tax, and legal requirements of any platform you use, and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights and consents. CarnalVeil is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, your activity on third-party platforms.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Access to generation features requires an active paid plan and/or generation credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed per generation based on video length. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing dashboard.

9. Auto-Deletion of Generated Content

Generated videos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after you download them. We do not retain copies. You are responsible for keeping your own downloaded files secure.

10. AI-Generated Disclosure

All videos produced by the Service are synthetic and AI-generated. They are not real recordings. You agree not to present generated content in a way that falsely claims it is a genuine recording of real events involving a non-consenting person.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create prohibited content. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your personal data and reference photos are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarnalVeil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you use downloaded content or interact with third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CarnalVeil harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your use of third-party platforms, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you uploaded a likeness without consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
